Office Interior Design Requirements
Kiva were used to open-plan offices and wanted their new office to be no different. Leveraging ideas and influences from our previous open office projects we focused on making an office layout which enabled them to feel like they were in a productive environment, whilst enjoying stunning social and lounge areas for interaction and collaboration.
As you can see from the photos, the project was a huge success with Kiva and their employees being incredibly happy with the results. The huge faux living wall spread across the main working area combined with natural elements like woods and leathers brings nature into the office and creates a calming feeling as you walk around.
At the core of our design was making sure that Kiva’s office was still a productive office layout for employees to walk in everyday and crush their work. This is why we made sure their conference rooms, Zoom rooms and phone booth areas were all furnished from quality vendors like Poppin, Framery and ROOM.
Our amazing designer Ashly worked closely with Kiva’s management team to make sure that every piece of their vision was realized and brought to life. Ashly’s talent for picking out beautiful, yet affordable furniture and decor options really stood out in this project and we are sure Kiva’s neighbors will be very jealous of their new office!
